I have been on a journey back to me this last year - or the person I have always felt I was inside. I was the wrong side of 35, waaay overweight, unhappy and ready to finally take action. I lost weight through changing my diet ad exercise but when I started to use the FitVest what I saw was a transformation. Using the vest, I felt like a furnace had been stoked inside me.
